What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions to customers
  • Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools to cultivate a customer-centric culture
  • Adapting to change and evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated through a written assessment
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing
  • Adaptability to change and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
  • A headset and webcam for virtual interactions
