Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our clients
- Greeting customers and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Providing information about our products and services, and promoting new opportunities to existing and potential clients
- Documenting and updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Prospecting new clients and building relationships to drive business growth
- Maintaining files and organizing documents to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Selling insurance products and services to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to speak professionally over the phone
- Positive and Professional Demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask with ease, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to get to work, as our office is not located near public transportation
- Customer Service Experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage in this role:
- Insurance experience or knowledge of the industry
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
