Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Responding to complex customer calls and resolving service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer service inquiries related to:

+ Benefit and Eligibility information + Billing and Payment issues + Customer material requests + Physician assignments + Authorization for treatment + Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

  • Analyzing and resolving customer problems in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, or 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
