Job Description

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers with accuracy and professionalism
  • Preparing and serving our signature pizzas to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment that reflects positively on arenaflex
  • Adhering to arenaflex's Grooming Standards and presenting a professional appearance at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a fun and friendly individual who is comfortable talking to strangers and building rapport with customers. As a team player, you'll be punctual, have a positive attitude, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also need to be at least 18 years of age and pass a Criminal Background check.
