Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quick and accurate DMV services to our clients
- Updating computer databases and issuing credentials
- Offering additional services to enhance customer experiences
- Collaborating with a supportive team of agents and managers to achieve our goals

Essential Qualifications & Physical Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Alaska driver's license or ID
- Ability to type 40 WPM and use 10-key for data entry
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours & Schedule
As a full-time employee, you can expect to work a 40-hour week with potential for overtime. Our office hours are Monday-Saturday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with 8-hour shifts plus a lunch break.
