Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping individuals navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and provide technical support

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with arenaflex
  • Manage customer accounts, providing personalized support and ensuring that customers receive the information they need to make informed health plan decisions
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a fair and consistent manner
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure that you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a compliant and professional manner

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • High level of comfort learning new technology, including our proprietary enrollment tools and CRM systems
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing projects and updates, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong understanding of health insurance regulations and compliance
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and issue resolution
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including our proprietary enrollment tools and CRM systems
  • Spanish Bilingual, with a strong proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish
