Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the help they need, while also maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers inside and outside a arenaflex center with arenaflex products and services

• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up arenaflex trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• Install hitches and trailer wiring
• Fill propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Participate in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through arenaflex University
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, which require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
