Job Summary

As a Customer Care Team Leader – Commercial Campaigns at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of customer care professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be the driving force behind the successful execution of commercial campaigns, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Your expertise in creating a customer-friendly atmosphere, coupled with your ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, will be instrumental in driving team performance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer care professionals in delivering exceptional service to clients

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial campaigns
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify and address problem issues, determining the appropriate course of action to resolve issues tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with department guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Exercises good judgment and handles sensitive/confidential information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of contact center leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving team performance and improving customer satisfaction

  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader at arenaflex, with a deep understanding of our organization's culture and values
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; some business classes, vocational/technical training preferred
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute (WPM) and have knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in creating a customer-friendly atmosphere, providing outstanding, courteous, friendly, and prompt customer service
  • Ability to be a team player, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and exercise good judgment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience in a commercial campaign environment, with a focus on customer care and relationship management
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
  • Experience with performance management and coaching, with a focus on developing team members' skills and performance
