Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to clients via calls, texts, emails, or chats, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Explaining and customizing insurance benefit options to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Updating client information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Bringing a positive attitude and hitting daily activity goals to drive success.
  • Collaborating virtually with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and support each other.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience required – full training provided: We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be organized, dependable & coachable: A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, web tools): Familiarity with basic computer software and tools, including Zoom, email, and web-based applications.
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.: A valid U.S. work visa or citizenship is required for this role.
  • Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license: We'll provide support and resources to help you obtain the necessary licenses and certifications.
