Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries about bookings, schedules, and policies. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting users in troubleshooting issues with online reservations and flight changes
  • Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance to resolve questions
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and support records
  • Coordinating with other departments when necessary to resolve complex issues
  • Following communication scripts and customer service protocols

Qualifications
