Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer and typing skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
