Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our clients through front-facing customer service and sales campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Representing client brands through customer-facing customer service and sales campaigns, engaging with prospective customers, and driving sales through personalized interactions and product demonstrations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback, ensuring that all customer confidentiality and privacy policies are adhered to as mandated by the company and client.
- Assisting with the enrollment and ordering process, and providing product demonstrations to educate customers about our clients' products or services.
- Engaging with decision-makers to educate them about our clients' products or services, and driving sales through impactful interactions.
Qualifications

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
