Responsibilities

As an In-Person Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and providing friendly, professional service as they arrive
  • Assisting with seating guests efficiently based on table availability and party size
  • Offering basic information about menu items, promotions, and specials
  • Supporting sales by maintaining a positive atmosphere and encouraging return visits
  • Helping with light front-of-house tasks as needed to support restaurant operations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A friendly, polite, and outgoing personality
  • Strong social interaction skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Comfort with standing for extended periods and moving around the dining area
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to follow restaurant procedures and dress code
  • A preferred age of 16 years or older

Schedule

We're looking for team members who can commit to a regular schedule, with options for:

  • Morning Shift: Sunday-Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: Sunday – Saturday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
