Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Guiding and processing customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology to ensure efficient and effective communication.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to guarantee timely production and delivery to our customers.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert solutions and exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Reviewing and editing customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production-ready, ensuring seamless production and delivery.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred, but not required.
