Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live chat support and data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in handling live chat inquiries and data entry tasks remotely, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests and data entries.
- Providing exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues promptly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilizing various software tools and platforms to manage and track data effectively, including Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery, while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve our services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Ability to reside in Comoros during the internship (relocation and housing support may be provided if applicable).
