Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, using tools such as:

+ Microsoft Excel + Google Data Studio + Tableau

• Support business decisions with data-driven insights, identifying trends and patterns that inform strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to understand data needs and ensure alignment
• Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking, using metrics such as:

+ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) + Return on Investment (ROI) + Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute (wpm)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
