Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager – EAM, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our GIS-centric solutions by our enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement, value realization, and strategic planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of arenaflex's GIS-centric solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers
  • Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop tailored solutions, and drive value realization
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance customer knowledge and skills
  • Identify and escalate customer issues, concerns, and feedback to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer success strategies and recommendations

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, GIS, Geography, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in customer/account management, preferably in the GIS, EAM, or local government sectors
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in a customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of local or county government, Community Development, Public Works, and Utilities in municipal and/or utility districts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, GIS, or a related field

  • Experience with GIS-centric solutions, Cityworks, or other EAM platforms
  • Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and revenue growth
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support
