The Role

As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for coaching our customers throughout their lifecycle, working collaboratively with the rest of the CX team to ensure customer outcomes. You will define what "good" looks like in terms of adoption plans, post-sales engagement, and recommendations. You will also work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure our customers are getting the most out of our solution. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us innovate our tooling and processes to make you and your team more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

* Coach customers throughout their lifecycle, working collaboratively with the CX team to ensure customer outcomes

  • Define what "good" looks like in terms of adoption plans, post-sales engagement, and recommendations
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solution
  • Help innovate our tooling and processes to make you and your team more efficient
  • Work on innovative and cutting-edge customer projects
  • Learn our products and technologies, taking that knowledge and applying it to real-world usage
  • Collaborate with other peers, business partners, and groups, representing not only yourself and your team but all of arenaflex

What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers, looking for patterns that can be addressed through an automated approach using the latest customer engagement techniques
  • Passion and determination about our technology and our customers
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills to drive effective customer outcomes
  • Good understanding of complex technology environments
  • Great self-awareness and strong communication skills (Spanish and English are required)
  • Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Native and the technologies that make it work (Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices) as well as a foundational understanding of APIM
  • Understanding of the value of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
