Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be on:

  • Retaining and expanding arenaflex's construction-portfolio customers through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring ongoing adoption of our cloud solutions by identifying and addressing customer needs, providing training and support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes
  • Developing and executing customer success strategies, including account planning, customer onboarding, and ongoing engagement
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive customer success and revenue growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, Business-to-Business role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
  • A 3-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, with access to arenaflex offices and remote work options
