Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist with Turkish and English, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer service issues and problems, and proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide proactive support and assistance to colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Process inbound calls, chats, and emails in a efficient and effective manner
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer service issues and problems
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process changes to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements

* Excellent command of Turkish language (at least level C1)

  • Good command of English language (at least level B2)
  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process, and technology
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • Good computer literacy

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a contact center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with diverse customer segments and cultures
