Your Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Qualifications

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

* Internet Connection Requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
