Experienced SAP Data Entry Analyst – Materials Management and Bill of Materials Specialist

About the Role
As an SAP Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for entering data into SAP related to materials management and bill of materials, collaborating with team members to maintain data quality, and assisting in the reconciliation of invoices to support revenue generation. Responsibilities
• Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into SAP related to materials management and bill of materials with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and to resolve any data-related issues that may arise.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of invoices to support revenue generation, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Data Quality: Maintain attention to detail in all data entry tasks, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
Requirements
• Intermediate Level Experience: You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
- SAP Familiarity: You should have a strong understanding of SAP, specifically in materials management (MM) and/or bill of materials (BOM). Experience with SAP modules such as MM, BOM, and/or QM is a plus.
- Manufacturing Experience: You should have experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its processes.
Nice-to-Haves
• Attention to Detail: You should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors in data entry.
- Billing Experience: Experience with billing processes in a manufacturing context is a plus, but not required.
