The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers over the phone. This will involve:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building relationships with customers and providing personalized support to meet their needs
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
