Your Role

As an intern in our Customer Service and Business Strategy Internship Programme, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborating with experienced colleagues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a project of your choice, with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and address business challenges
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing your own project, with guidance and support from experienced managers and team members
  • Contributing to a diverse range of projects, including project and change management, servicing strategy, colleague engagement, capabilities product management, process engineering, and customer experience

Our Summer Internship Programme is the main pipeline into our full-time Customer Service and Business Strategy Graduate Programme, a two-year program designed to attract and develop diverse talent to be the colleagues of the future. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and progress to a full-time role with arenaflex.

About You

  • Strong social skills with the ability to work independently or in teams
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with people at all levels
  • Interest in process improvement and different ways of solving problems
  • Highly motivated with the ability to lead projects and initiatives to completion
  • Ability to lead and bring others with you
  • Analytical skills, with an interest in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience in customer service is desirable, but not necessary
  • Must be a penultimate year undergraduate from any degree subject area
