Contract Length:

This is a seasonal position with no fixed term, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a project basis.

Rate:

$35 per hour, with the possibility of overtime during the busy holiday season.

Skills/Background Needed:

To excel in this role, you must have access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be capable of working independently and closely following provided instructions.

Location:

This is a remote position open for applications worldwide, with preference given to candidates from the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to answer live chat questions on behalf of arenaflex. You will receive comprehensive training on how to perform this task and will be provided with answers to the most common customer questions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
