Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Your goal will be to create a positive customer experience and drive sales for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and promotions to customers
  • Provide timely and efficient customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with customer service software and tools (training provided)

Hours per Week and Location

* 5-40 hours per week

  • Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred)
