Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels, providing timely and efficient customer service

  • Answer customer inquiries, offer promotional discounts, and provide helpful resources and information
  • Create a positive customer experience, driving sales and loyalty through exceptional support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 5-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a live chat or customer support role

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
