Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing friendly and thoughtful service to our customers, responding to their queries, and championing arenaflex products and Membership
• Working collaboratively with your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Ensuring the store is safe and legal, including maintaining stock levels, checking prices, dates, and temperatures, and adhering to health and safety protocols
• Supporting the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with your colleagues, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment
• Getting involved in local community activities and events, helping to build strong relationships with our customers and members

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
• Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• A positive approach to change and problem-solving
• The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till
