Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to individuals affected by disasters, addressing their concerns, and connecting them with vital resources. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 11 PM ET, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and maintain professionalism with callers, addressing their complaints and questions in a timely and empathetic manner.

  • Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, actively managing one-on-one relationships with callers to build trust and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's proprietary solutions.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 11 PM ET, seven days a week.
  • Above basic proficiency with computers and smartphones, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to complete Day Zero Certification self-led trainings, Registration Intake Training, and Helpline Training, scheduled by the customer, before taking phone calls.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience, although not required, is preferred.

  • We welcome skilled entry-level candidates and provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
  • U.S. citizenship status is required, as this position is governed by a government contract.
  • Must live in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and credit check.

Technical Requirements

* A laptop or desktop with at least 8GB of RAM.

  • A wired headset with a microphone for clear communication.
  • Two monitors are preferred but not mandatory.
  • A quiet, distraction-free, private workspace.
  • Reliable access to broadband internet connectivity.
