Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, ensuring that every customer interaction is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable insights that inform our customer experience strategy.
  • Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our processes.
  • Upselling if required, leveraging your product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations that meet the customer's needs.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of call center experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A typing speed of 25 WPM, with proficiency in PC operation and navigation, including basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, with the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches.
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work independently and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • IT/Network certifications/degrees, which would provide a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Experience working in a constantly changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
