Join Our Diverse and Ambitious Team

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in JFK Airport, providing outstanding service to Domestic and International Airlines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a distinctive clientele, rotating through various areas within the airport, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience

  • Rotate through various areas within the airport, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals
  • Collaborate with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure on-time performance and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop strong relationships with high-profile passengers and provide personalized service to meet their needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to unforeseen situations and making quick and rational decisions

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • English proficient, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
  • Computer savvy and able to navigate various software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
