Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Online Chat Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and engagement through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner - Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
