Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Arizona, Texas, and Colorado (excluding Houston). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence

  • Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information
  • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire
  • Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the footwear industry

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of footwear products and industry trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience with social media platforms and online communication tools

Contract Duration and Start Date

This is an open-ended contract for peak season, expected to run through January/February 2026. The start date is September 26th, with a comprehensive onboarding program and three weeks of training.
