Experienced Customer Service Representative – Banking and Finance Industry

Our ideal candidate will be based in Hopewell, NJ, Addison, TX, or Chandler, AZ, with the option to work onsite. Our modern and dynamic workspaces are designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our client's brand, providing top-notch support to customers via phone and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems via phone and chat, ensuring seamless technical support for up to 2 clients simultaneously
  • Accurately documenting tickets for 2nd line teams to resolve, when first-line resolution is not possible
  • Participating in in-house technical training, backed by real-time support from peers and subject matter experts

### What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry
  • Excellent client care and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with global partners
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals, correlated with customer service and call/chat handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
  • Experience with Agent Chat and Technology Call Center/Customer Service environments is highly desirable

### Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

### Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Banking or Finance industry products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

  • Hourly Rate: $20-$22/hr (base compensation, subject to location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications)
