Position at Consumer Tech The Opportunity:As an HR Coordinator for Ziff Davis’s Technology division, you will support the HR team by coordinating and supporting core HR processes and Talent Acquisition activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth employee experience by maintaining accurate data, supporting hiring efforts, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers
- Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members
- Support HR Generalists with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use
- Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR team members to support the execution of HR services
- Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative support across HR functions
Job Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable working with HR systems and data, such as ADP
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in developing across HR disciplines, including HR operations and Talent Acquisition
