Job Summary

As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for marketing our services to new and existing clients, developing business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. You'll work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, and provide expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the administrative and customer support sectors

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive results
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, helping them achieve their career goals and aspirations

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing new business and driving revenue growth
  • 1+ years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong understanding of the administrative and customer support sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of current Windows Operating System and contact management applications
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
