Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues, billing inquiries, and programming questions. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perceptions of our brand. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift

  • Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
  • Promote DISH TV products and services to new and existing customers to help them get the most value and enjoyment from their experience
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective solutions

What You'll Get

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 + $0.50/hr Language Differential

  • Opportunity to earn an additional $2/hr for shifts after 6 PM and on weekends

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
  • Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Smartphone or device with active data network connection
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions; and camera on during all video meetings
  • Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, New Mexico, or Tennessee, Wyoming to be eligible for hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair
