About the Role

As a Telephony Customer Service Advisor - Banking, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service via telephone. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identify and recommend appropriate service options, and signpost customers to relevant product offerings. You'll be working with a leading bank in Northern Ireland, and your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of data security and GDPR regulations.

Your Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for all customers, providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service on the telephone
