Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and processing various documents, including invoices, statements, reports, and personal details from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors to ensure accuracy.
  • Organizing and maintaining data in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in a secure and organized manner.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
