The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our team in Rhode Island. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our customers. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities
• Providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed Internet access (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
• A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
• Must reside in the State of Rhode Island
