Experienced Customer Service Representative – La Linea Level 7-1 (English & Spanish Only)

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, researching, and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to rates, policies, practices, procedures, and products and services.
  • Researching, analyzing, and making changes to customer account information to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Correcting errors on customer accounts, billing data, or metering data as necessary.
  • Establishing new accounts and marketing and administering services and programs.
  • Preparing various entries, reports, and statistics as required.
  • Applying credit policies in accordance with Customer Services' policies and procedures.
  • Researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and usage patterns.
  • Initiating and completing appropriate and timely field orders and investigations as requested by customers.
  • Processing, directing, and dispatching field personnel to complete field orders and requests.
  • Handling customer outage contacts and entering trouble orders as needed.
  • Performing cashiering duties, including accepting payments and preparing bank deposits.
  • Conducting daily operations of business offices in the absence of a supervisor, following established policies and procedures.
  • Informing customers of water ordering and delivery procedures and terminology.
  • Maintaining and filing customer information and records accurately.
  • Coordinating work with internal departments to accomplish tasks.
  • Assisting other representatives and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience as a Customer Services Representative, Customer Services Representative Trainee, Administrative Clerk, or General Clerk, or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • Ability to tactfully converse with customers and employees.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret customer account information and adhere to policies and procedures.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
