Job Description

Role:

Customer Service & Support Representative

Location:

Remote (EST/CST Hrs.)

Duration:

6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

* Educate and assist customers and partners with non-technical issues, such as: + Enterprise agreement (EA) and licensing + Orders and processes + Policies and administrative tasks

  • Effectively communicate with third parties, including partners and customers, regarding non-technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing
  • Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address any case that escapes your area of expertise
  • Work with the leadership team to improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Partner with the Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams on customer escalations and issue resolution
  • Utilize acquired knowledge to suggest, edit, and write in-depth Knowledge Base articles, contributing to the growth of our knowledge repository

Minimum Requirements:

* 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Takes pride in doing excellent work and can both teach and learn from those around them
  • Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills and comprehension, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate matters to third parties

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, ticketing software, and other tools to manage customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
