Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Amazon Chat Support team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, responding to customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to their Amazon orders.
  • Resolving customer concerns efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
