Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing instructions provided with each HIT and ensuring understanding before beginning work.
• Adhering to quality standards set by requesters and maintaining a high task approval rate.
• Keeping track of your completed tasks and earnings.
• Continually learning and adapting to new tasks and requesters.

Requirements
