Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional - Platinum, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Extraordinary Service: Consistently provide high-quality service to Card Members, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Tailoring Solutions: Consult with Card Members to understand their needs and preferences, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Adding Value: Utilize your knowledge of product offers to recommend relevant solutions, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Case Intake and Analysis: Manage case intake, analyze fraud and dispute cases, and use tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance goals, including sales rates and customer performance metrics, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage multiple computer systems to navigate and provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Showcase humility and emotional acknowledgment of customer situations, building trust and rapport with Card Members.
