Job Summary

We're seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week). As a key member of our College Division, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by accurately entering lead data into our system in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering lead data within 5 working days of receiving a lead form
• Ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with the University Relations team to manage the flow of lead data
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required
• Access to a computer
