Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers, including product details, pricing, and promotions
  • Facilitating order placements and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Offering discounts and promotions to customers, while adhering to company policies and guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
