Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to input time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating production performance and incentive dollar calculations for all DC Associates and Management. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk – 3rd Shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Inputting time and production data for all DC Associates into the Blue Chip computer system (65% of time)
+ Summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors + Translating DCIS data and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculating individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards
- Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
- Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data (10% of time)
- Filing paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotating files periodically for storage (5% of time)
- Completing other projects as assigned (5% of time)

Qualifications and Special Skills
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Previous clerical/administrative experience
- 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
- Good math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $17 per hour, with an additional $3 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift work.
