Your Role:

As a Temporary Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their queries regarding products, orders, and services. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll handle a variety of support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

This is a temporary position, offering flexibility with no fixed term.

Rate:

$35 per hour.

Hours per Week:

You will be expected to work 10+ hours a week, providing vital support during our peak season.

Location:

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
