Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement packaging strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new packaging initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as packaging, supply chain management, or business administration

• 4+ years of experience in packaging strategy, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful packaging strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with packaging design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in packaging and supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as packaging, supply chain management, or business administration

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, or the Internet of Things (IoT)
• Experience with packaging-related software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Certification in packaging or supply chain management, such as the Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) or the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
